A design-build project for maintenance items on 20 different piers at Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado, CA.  Project involved miscellaneous repairs to the finger piers at NAB Coronado, necessitating coordination with multiple pier tenants. Repairs included: Blast and repaint existing cleats, including lead paint abatement; Replacement of camel hardware (eye-bolts, chain, and weights); Buckling fender replacement at several corner fenders; Timber wale replacement; Removal and installation of new life ring stands; removal and disposal of existing jib crane; Replacement of existing handrail; Various topside concrete repairs.
