Emergency short term repair of existing Blacks Beach access roadway from lower black’s beach lifeguard parking area to correct for the sand that had been washed out by the recent high tides and surf. Built a slope revetment system including a course layer of base rock consisting of 1ft minus quarry run and capped off with 1/2 Ton minimum rip rap. The infill behind the revetment consisted of compacted fill to provide a driving surface to access the beach.
