The American Public Works Association (APWA) honored the San Elijo Lagoon Restoration as Project of the Year in 2021! The ongoing and momentous restoration project would not be possible without the work from SANDAG and Caltrans Build NCC, The Nature Collective, Marathon Construction, and the joint venture: Flatiron, Skanska, Stacy and Witbeck (FSSW).
