Michelle Teems, Bookkeeper and Team Support. Michelle is Born and raised in San Diego and started her career in the construction industry with her father’s grading business in 1992 and  spent the next 20+ years being a key asset in the growth of Iron Horse Grading, Inc. Experience in State and Federal projects, prevailing wage, accounting, safety, and office management.  After taking time off to raise her  family, she is back to doing what she enjoys in the work life and is excited to be a part of Marathon Construction Corporation.
