Mark has been with Marathon for over 21 years when he became our first in-house counsel, bringing with him the perfect pedigree of legal experience.  He has practiced with law firms in Utah, Alaska and California and has acted as corporate counsel for oil and gas business and farming and ranching concerns.  Additionally, he has decades of experience in real estate investment, entitlement and development.  Mark has served on several community committees and enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife and daughter.
