Joe Ellis is Registered Civil Engineer with 37 years experience in marine, heavy civil and environmental restoration construction as an estimator, engineer, superintendent and project manager.  His extensive restoration experience to has led to many successful wetland restoration projects from San Diego to the Bay Area.
