This project was comprised of a partial remodel of General Office Building #1 courtyard, including demolition of all existing plant materials, construction and installation of all new concrete planters with waterproofing, new lightweight soil backfill at planters, new planting and irrigation, new planter drainage, as well as repair and seal of existing tile paving and provide and install necessary anchorage for new canopy shade structure at café.
